Christian Masters

Beginner, Intermediate & Advanced Bass, Guitar & Voice Instructor

Christian Masters has been a musician since the age of 10, picking up the viola as his first instrument. He began playing piano and guitar when he was 15, taking lessons for both instruments throughout high school and college. While in college, he played for the school’s jazz combo on piano, guitar, and vocals and began teaching lessons privately. Christian graduated Magna Cum Laude and earned a degree in Music Production & Engineering with an emphasis in piano and guitar. Christian currently enjoys playing a variety of genres from Rock to Jazz to Blues to Classical.

When I first reviewed Christian's resume I couldn't have been more impressed. Or so I thought. Then I met him in person and my first impression paled in comparison. Christian's energy, confidence, and professionalism are exceptional. His enthusiasm for teaching coupled with his education and experience as a performer will make him an incredible asset at Coletrain Music Academy. Christian's degree in music production and his experience working as a Live Sound Engineer make him incredibly well-rounded and we hope to feature these skills in our masterclass series. Chritian's wife is also from Chaffee County so as a family they are very invested in this community and we could not be more thankful to have them on the CMA team. - Coleman Smith, CMA Founder & Music Director
